training today wasn't as bad as any other trainings.
at least we didn't have to do suicides!

so we played a match,
and for the final half,
i wanted to become the goal attacker,
(F.Y.I. ,goal attacks have to shoot)
and ended up being defended by coach daniel.
and do you know he is so
many many many times
bigger than me?!
and TALLER!
but still,
i intercepted ONE pathetic pass,
and i also managed to put some balls in!

so i was the Goal Attack,
and natesha was the Goal Shooter.
so i had to work with her.
i ended up wasting half of my enerygy and breath on her?!
i have no idea the fuck she is doing?
(are you laughing now natesha?nyehe)
this is what happended:
coach was doing three feet.
so obviously,
being a defender,
he has to jump to intercept the ball,
so that the shooter cannot put it in.
so that was what coach did.
when natesha was ABOUT to let go of the ball,
coach jump farking high,
but his timing wasn't right.
because Natesha haven't released the ball yet.
she was just ABOUT to.
so that was a GREAT advantage to shoot,
without being defended by a tall defender!
and what did natesha angullia do?
she turned around and said,
"what the fuck?"
and then she did some foot work!
so this is the part where i wasted
half my energy and breath.
and mind you,
being defended by a male, big and tall coach,
is fucking tiring.
i was screaming and shouting at natesha,
continuously for two minutes?!
and the TOP of my voice.

so after three half of match,
we were suppossed to do warm down.
oh,
and we also owed coach SIX suicide runs?
but in the end,
i and natesha and some other people didn't do warm down.
coz my chest was feeling like fuck?
and i was fucking tired?
because i was being defended by coach for the last half?
and natesha was just fake ok?

and in the end,
we didn't do suicide run.
i guess i could see the sympathy in coach's eyes.
coz we very tired mah...
but still,
we owe him six suicides next training i guess.
